Ever had one of those moments when you completely freak out about an upcoming event or project? Your mind is saying things like, "Whose idea was this? This is all terrible. I'm never going to be able to do this. I wish all this was just over. There's no way I can do this."
Well, that's what my last 36 hours have been like. As you might know, I'm running a half marathon on Saturday. I've never really done anything like this before (I once walked/ran a 5k), so now that we're in the final stretch here, I started feeling completely overwhelmed. Even though my training has gone fairly well, something in this last week has had me totally freaking out.
Maybe you've felt the same in the final hours before a client presentation or a big event - even when you had prepared.
