From nearly twenty years of experience facilitating trainings in locations from Alaska to Florida, Marlene executes training experiences with real results for your organization.
After growing up on a family farm in Ohio, she completed an undergraduate program at The Ohio State University. She holds a master’s degree from the University of Florida with a specialization in leadership development.
She is also an active volunteer in the agriculture industry, having served in volunteer leadership roles with the Ohio FFA Foundation, Ohio Pork Council, and her county Farm Bureau.
